CSSI Solutions had been providing daily reconciliation, among a list of other services from Cloud
Hosting to Portal+, when the customer asked us to take over their new account process. After
reviewing their processes, timing, and setting expectations, my team took over this work. They
were able to grow their business while reducing their overall cost for service without growing
their headcount.
