Portal+ up to 50 standard reports

For the past 4 years, I’ve been leading the Product Development team at CSSI Solutions after spending time in a team lead role in our Back Office group. The part of the job I enjoy most is working directly with clients. It’s never just about plugging in new technology. It’s about sitting down with people, looking at how things really work day to day, and figuring out where we can make life easier. A system rollout is a great excuse to pause and rethink old workflows. Reporting is a good example. We recently added 7 new free reports, bringing the total in our Portal+ subscription up to 50. For some clients, those alone do the trick and allow us translate an existing process into our platform. Others ask us to build something custom, whether that’s replicating a report they’ve used for years, or creating something brand new. That’s the fun part because it lets us figure out what actually works best for each business. Whether it’s improving the look and feel of reporting, building integrations, opening up firmwide data sharing, or delivering packages through the Portal+ document vault, my focus is always the same: make the tech work for the client, not the other way around.
