Two-Date Security Cross Reference, Unadjusted Beginning Balance
Enter a group code, a security type and symbol, and two dates to list every portfolio that held the security at any time in the range. Useful for class action claims. Can show contributions and withdrawals in shares, and shows the original, not split-adjusted, beginning balance.

Complete the free registration form with your firm and the portfolio system you use.

CSSI reviews the request and sends what you need to sign in to Portal+.

Download and install
Download the report from the Web Reports page in Portal+, which includes installation instructions for Axys and APX.
Each version runs through the end of the calendar year. Download the current version from Portal+ each January.
Axys and APX environments vary. Test the output with your own data before using the report in a production workflow.
