When you run it
What the report asks for
These settings come from the report's dialog box. Options can vary with your Axys and APX version and configuration.
- Portfolio or group
- Report date
- Security type
- Security symbol
- Portfolio value
- Single asset class
- Single industry group (keys on number in industry groups table)
- One to three security type(s) (csus, psus, cbus, etc.)
- Include securities with zero market value
- Include value of cash securities marked unavailable to trade
- Show portfolio code
- Label for portfolio code

Getting the report
Free for Axys and APX users, through Portal+.

Register
Complete the free registration form with your firm and the portfolio system you use.

CSSI confirms your account
CSSI reviews the request and sends what you need to sign in to Portal+.

Download and install
Download the report from the Web Reports page in Portal+, which includes installation instructions for Axys and APX.
Each version runs through the end of the calendar year. Download the current version from Portal+ each January.
Axys and APX environments vary. Test the output with your own data before using the report in a production workflow.
