Security Activity with Running Balance
A variation of the standard Transaction Summary report for one security. Shows the beginning and ending share balance and every transaction in the date range, with a running share balance on each line.

When you run it
What the report asks for
These settings come from the report's dialog box. Options can vary with your APX version and configuration.
- Portfolio or group
- Start and end dates
- Security type
- Security symbol
- Decimals to display in running total (max 7)
- Show portfolio code in header

Transactions in APX
Transaction reports trace what moved in and out of accounts over a period. They are the first place to look when reconciling, answering a client question, or preparing for an audit.

Complete the free registration form with your firm and the portfolio system you use.

CSSI reviews the request and sends what you need to sign in to Portal+.

Download and install
Download the report from the Web Reports page in Portal+, which includes installation instructions for Axys and APX.
Each version runs through the end of the calendar year. Download the current version from Portal+ each January.
Axys and APX environments vary. Test the output with your own data before using the report in a production workflow.
