When run for an unconsolidated group, displays the appraisal for the entire group with one column for each member. Shows market value and percent of assets for each holding, with an option to add shares. The wide format keeps clients from wrapping.

Appraisals in Axys
Appraisal reports answer what a portfolio or group holds on a given date. Group and tax-lot versions put more of that detail on one page for household reviews, tax conversations, and model checks.

Free for Axys users, through Portal+.

Complete the free registration form with your firm and the portfolio system you use.

CSSI confirms your account
CSSI reviews the request and sends what you need to sign in to Portal+.

Download and install
Download the report from the Web Reports page in Portal+, which includes installation instructions for Axys and APX.
Each version runs through the end of the calendar year. Download the current version from Portal+ each January.
Axys and APX environments vary. Test the output with your own data before using the report in a production workflow.
